Three of California Property Services corporate officers are licensed California Real Estate Brokers. One is an attorney in the state of California. All are actively engaged in the management of our apartment communities. Their combined expertise helps create desirable homes for those who live in our apartment communities.
All of the officers and senior staff at California Property Services are recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as Certifed Property Managers (CPM). The CPM Code of Ethics requires the highest standards of professional competence, financial responsibility, management expertise, and ethical conduct.
